WPL was hired to provide land surveying, development of landscape maintenance plan specifications and landscape maintenance inspections and reports for the Oceanaire Resort Hotel. We were able to develop accurate base surveying documents showing all constructed site elements and existing vegetation with an as-built survey. The WPL landscape architecture staff then provided recommendations for any design changes as well as standard maintenance requirements for all base shrubs and groundcovers. Staff also established the landscape inspection report for future use.
