WPL working in concert with Saunders-Crouse Architects developed streetscape designs for the major network of streets and intersections within the new Dollar Tree Town Center in Chesapeake. Incorporating wide pedestrian walks along with benches, articulate paving design, and street trees a framework for a live, work, play environment has evolved. As an initial phase, the new Dollar Tree Corporate Headquarters is expanding to 500,000 sf of office space upon its completion. WPL provided conceptual site design for the main outdoor café courtyard as well as the main entry to the Dollar Tree Tower. The design of the entry paving along with a strong planting design statement has created a very sophisticated threshold to a magnificent architectural statement representing the commitment of Dollar Tree to the community.
